We offer a one-year global warranty.

Within the warranty period, any electrical or mechanical faults caused under normal operation will be repaired or replaced free of charge (excluding consumable parts).

Upon completion of equipment installation and commissioning, and after successful acceptance, our technical personnel shall conduct a two-week technical training session for the customer's equipment operators and maintenance staff, covering operation, maintenance, and repair procedures. 

Alternatively, training may be conducted according to the schedule and content previously agreed upon with the customer.

We follow a “24-hour response” service policy.
Once a service request is received, our support team will:

Provide an online solution within 24 hours, or dispatch a service engineer for on-site support when necessary.

Customers will also receive a complete set of technical documents, including:

Installation drawings, spare parts list, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, operation manual, quality certificate, and packing list.
