The Roller conveyor shot blasting machine transports workpieces via a roller conveyor system. When the workpieces enter the main blasting chamber, the shot blasting units start operating in sequence. After shot blasting treatment, most of the oxide scale, dirt, and other surface deposits are thoroughly removed, achieving surface cleanliness up to Sa 2-2.5 grade.
The equipment operates in a continuous circulating production-line mode, making it suitable for mass production and significantly improving overall processing efficiency.
With its outstanding performance and reliability, this product is widely used in industries such as shipbuilding, automotive manufacturing, shipbreaking, elevator production, chemical engineering, locomotive equipment and other industries, meeting the surface treatment requirements of workpieces across various sectors.
Dust Collection System and Emission Standards
To handle the large amount of dust generated during shot blasting and rust removal operations, the equipment incorporates a high-efficiency, new-generation LT-48 pulse-jet reverse-air cleaning cartridge dust collector. This dust collector not only achieves high dust removal efficiency but also offers convenient installation and maintenance. The purified air and workshop environment meet the following standards:
1. Exhaust gas emission concentration: <100 mg/m³, in compliance with GB16297-1996 Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants;
2. Overall air pollutant emission: Compliant with GBJ4-73 Trial Standard for Industrial “Three Wastes” Discharge, with in-workshop dust concentration <5 mg/m³;
3. Work area exposure limits: The maximum concentration of harmful substances in the workshop meets the requirements of TJ36-79 Hygienic Design Standard for Industrial Enterprises.
This machine is a fully integrated, all-in-one solution with complete functionality covering the entire process from surface cleaning to coating. It mainly consists of the following systems:
· Conveying System: Roller conveyor pass-through transport
· Pretreatment System: Preheating unit
· Core Processing System: Shot blasting cleaning, spray painting, and drying systems
· Environmental Protection System: Dust collection and paint mist treatment system
· Control Center: PLC electrical control system
Abrasive Recycling and Treatment System
The shot used in the shot blasting system is recycled and reused through a recycling and treatment system. The process is as follows:
1. Scattered abrasive is first collected by the lower vertical screw conveyor, lower belt conveyor, and horizontal screw conveyor, then transported to the bucket elevator.
2. The bucket elevator lifts the abrasive together with impurities to the upper section of the blasting chamber, where it is delivered by a horizontal screw conveyor to the high-efficiency BE separator.
3. After separation in the BE separator, dust and debris are screened out. Qualified abrasive enters the storage hopper for storage, and then supplies to the shot blasting machines and blasting system for subsequent use.
