According to differences in steel pipe diameters, different types of shot blasting machine or shot peening machine are required. Shot blasting cleaning equipment is driven by a hydraulic motor, while shot peening cleaning equipment uses pneumatic spray guns powered by compressed air.
Our company has specifically designed two core types of equipment as follows:
1. Large-diameter inner wall shot blasting machine: Specially used for cleaning the inner walls of large-diameter steel pipes. It is designed to operate in conjunction with a steel pipe inner wall shot blasting processing line to achieve continuous production.
2. Medium and large-diameter steel pipe shot blasting machine: Suitable for large and medium sized steel pipes with diameters of 325 mm and above, focusing on overall surface derusting and strengthening.

The inner wall cleaning process of the equipment follows a strict action logic, with the specific steps as follows:
1.Loading and Conveying: The first step is to load the steel pipe onto the conveying trolley via the hydraulic loading mechanism; three conveying trolleys synchronously drive the steel pipe to move towards the fixed sealing chamber.
2. Sealing and Positioning: After the steel pipe moves to the predetermined position, the conveying trolley stops; then the fixed sealing chamber and the mobile hydraulic shot blaster move synchronously towards the other end of the steel pipe. Once the pipe end is fully sealed and reaches the detection position, the mobile sealing chamber stops, at which point the steel pipe is in a fully enclosed state (to prevent shot spillage and dust overflow).
3. Start Cleaning: The mobile hydraulic shot blaster reaches the end of the fixed sealing chamber driven by the trolley; subsequently, the following mechanisms are started in sequence: steel pipe rotation mechanism, inner blasting head, shot conveying mechanism, dust removal system, and inner blasting head mobile trolley.
4. Complete Cleaning: Under the coordination of steel pipe rotation and inner blasting head movement, the inner blasting head continuously blasts shots towards the steel pipe sidewall; when the inner blasting head completely passes through the steel pipe, the inner wall cleaning operation of the steel pipe is completed.
